Profile & Professional Background
Marc is a Dutch-qualified lawyer with a background in IT law and a focus on the practical applications of legal technology. He began his legal career at a boutique law firm in Amsterdam, where he advised clients on a range of IT-related matters, including software contracts, public procurement, disputes, data protection, and AI regulation.
Over time, Marc developed a strong interest in how AI could support and improve legal workflows. This interest led him to transition from legal practice to legaltech, where he now focuses on bridging the gap between legal professionals and new technologies.
At Saga, Marc serves as an AI Adoption & Change Manager. He leads structured implementation programs, delivers tailored training to legal teams, and supports the development of use-case-specific workflows. His work enables lawyers to adopt AI tools confidently and in alignment with professional standards.
