As AI Adoption & Change Manager, she focuses on supporting legal organizations in integrating AI technologies into their operations, ensuring that new solutions align with both strategic objectives and day-to-day workflows. Her work emphasizes the human aspect of technology adoption, facilitating effective change management and user engagement.

Karol is the co-founder of WOWLegalX and has worked extensively at the intersection of law, technology, and user experience. She has collaborated with law firms, legal departments, and justice sector organizations to improve legal service delivery through digital transformation initiatives. Her background in UX and service design enables her to create practical frameworks for technology adoption, aimed at improving efficiency and access to legal services.

In addition to her professional work, Karol lectures on legal innovation and legal design at universities worldwide. Her contributions to the legal tech community have been recognized through awards such as the FastCase & vLex 50 Honoree (2024) and the European Women in Legal Tech Award (2020), reflecting her focus on practical, people-centered solutions in legal technology.

Karol holds a Law Degree, a Master’s in Business Management & CSR, and a Master’s in UX & Service Design. She has completed a Full-Stack Development Bootcamp and is currently pursuing an International MBA in Project Management.
