Mille Garmann began her career as a junior professional tennis player at the Rafa Nadal Academy, competing internationally and representing Norway as part of the national Bruttotropp. In 2019, she was Norway’s highest-ranked international player.

Pivoting into the corporate world, Mille has developed experience in investment analysis, corporate structuring, and business strategy. Having spent her early days at Panorama Investments and TempusFugit, she has worked on various projects, with her experience spanning from assessing investment opportunities and capital-raising efforts to supporting transactions and contributing to overall corporate development. Alongside her investment roles, she is a published researcher and has been involved in strategic growth initiatives for smaller startups, helping refine their market positioning and approach.

At Saga, Mille leads the company’s strategic finance function, handling capital raising, investor relations, and corporate development. Her scope includes financial planning, transaction execution, and cross-border strategic initiatives. She has played a key role in shaping Saga’s growth trajectory from its early stages, helping establish the foundation for delivering legal AI solutions that enable law firms to adopt new tools, improve efficiency, and stay competitive in an evolving legal landscape.

Education & Memberships

Mille holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics, graduating summa cum laude, ranked first in her class, and named Outstanding Student of the Year. In addition, she has completed a Python Specialization from the University of Michigan. Mille also serves as a Board Member at TempusFugit.
